Question, O Mercenary Bounty Hunter Forensic Pathologist Sniper Jackalope: assuming Gabe was stabbed in the chest/shoulder, and the blade punctured his lung, do you think that he'd survive (assuming they have spiffy equipment in the infirmary)? THat is, would he survive long enough to make it to the infirmaty? |

I'd imagined something closed-off and forgotten, like the classroom was, but I'm trying to think of something that would be both logical (as in, likely to exist and be forgotten, but not so closed off that Gabe and Sol can't somehow find it on their first day there) and interesting. suggestions, random ideas, or simply entertaining mumblings would be appreciated |

Oh yes. If I punctured his lung... daaaaamn. Did you ever see "Three Kings?" It happened to Marky Mark (he got shot in the lung). You'll breath, but the air slowly collects within your chest wall to form pressure, that will eventually collapse your other lung. Basically, you smother yourself to death. Of course, that takes a while, so Gabe would be in excrutiating pain yet could survive for at least 10-15 minutes unaided until he got to the infirmary. Then it'd just be a matter of surgery to fix his wound up, nothing too bad at all actually. He'd pull through and be out of there pretty quickly, especially with the regen units and all that nice nifty futuristic medical equipment they have. Now doesn't that sound like fun?! |
